fishladder is a student run publication that publishes peer work in the categories of fiction, poetry, nonfiction/drama, and art. It is printed yearly and unveiled in ceremony of peers and faculty at Grand Valley State University in the spring.

Students from across the University are encouraged to submit work in all styles, genres, and forms. fishladder aims simply to publish the best, most artistic work submitted.

With the launch of fishladder.org, the staff aims to publish additional works online that may or may not appear in the print version. All submissions will be considered for publication online and print.
